BC Brides

Riley and I both went to the University of Montana Western. He played football and I basketball. Riley and I met through a mutual friend of ours in college. After our first encounter, all we wanted to do was be with each other as much as we could. We had similar family backgrounds, interest and values. From the first time we laid eyes on each other, something deep down inside the both of us knew that we were meant to be together. We bring out the best in each other. We are each others best friends. We dated for a year and on New Years Eve he proposed to me at dinner at Elk Horn Hot Springs in Montana. We decided to set our wedding date for July 27, 2019. It was enough time to plan our wedding before football season started.

We were engaged for 7 months in the year 2019. We were very fortunate enough to have help from our community in Dillon Montana and our parents when planning our wedding. It took a lot of time, effort, and patience. We could not have planned our wedding in 7 months if it weren’t for our parents, they were our rocks during the whole process. Sometimes it seemed overwhelming, but I wouldn’t of traded the highs and lows of planning Riley’s and I wedding for nothing.

On our wedding day in Glen Montana, everything seemed to have fallen into place. It was stress free and filled with love and laughter from our friends and family. We had never felt this happy, nervous, or excited in our entire lives. During the union of Riley and I it poured rain, there was thunder and lightening. It was a symbol that our lives together could withstand anything that the world could throw at us.  Our wedding day meant we would be together forever, even in times of sorrow and triumph. In each other we found our best friend and the love of our live. It was truly the best day of our lives.
